My wife Sue and I put the Fishers Indiana store together in 2001. When our lease expired in 2009 we decided to merge it with our Indianapolis store. We put the store furnishings in storage thinking we would like to reopen it at a later date. Since then we have decided that we really like having only one store and that we would like to offer it to someone in another area that would love to own a bead store.

When we built the store the lowest quote I could get for just the tables was $60,000.00 to build and install them. The cabinet maker wanted to use 1/2 inch fiberboard. I didn't like the idea of cheap materials so I decided to build them myself. Three months of labor and $45,000 we had a bead store equipped the way we wanted, (without beads of course). I had constructed beautiful and practical tables that made it easy to restock and allow great customer access. Over the 10 years we also accumulated more store fixtures, perfected our methods and acquired more furnishings and experience. We would like offer it to you and help you get setup and operating. So here is what we are offering:

• Furnishings:
  
  16 each Bead Tables: These tables are 26 in by 96 in by 12 inch deep with custom drilled tops for removable Dixie Cups. The Dixie Cups sit with the edge of the cups touching the wood allowing the bead trays to slide easily without catching. The construction is of 3/4 inch exterior grade plywood with Birch hardwood drawer fronts and pine top edging Each cabinet has two independently operating drawers 5 inches deep for extra bead and inventory storage. 9 of these cabinets are designed to be wall mounted with rear of cabinet supported by the wall with two front legs of round steel painted black. All but two of the tops accommodate 98 bead cups. The tops are currently painted powder blue and the cabinets are finished in a light straw yellow, (they are easily painted with other colors using latex paint) The cabinets will be re-finished in a latex of your color choice. 6 of the bead tables are free standing with 4 cross braced legs. The other tables can be modified so they are free standing for additional $75.00 each.
  
  1  Bead Table: Wall mount as described above without drawers. It was used where two corners meet to avoid drawer opening interference.
  
  8 Slat wall: 48 inch by 96 inch slat wall installed and painted to your color specification.
  
  500 Slat Wall pegs:  black of varying sizes (number approximate) .
  
  34 Glass Shelves: 48 inch x 6 x 5/16 tempered with slat wall shelf brackets.

  6 Window Shelves: Free hanging on gold plated chain 48x6x 5/16
  
  1 Display Pedestal: 6 foot by 27 inch x 27 inched light ash colored 3 glass shelved  with lower unit storage.
  
  1 Display Wall Unit: 6 foot tall by 16 inch deep by 48 inches wide black enameled oriental style cabinet with 3 glass shelves, rear and overhead lighting and spring hinged glass doors. (looks like an expensive china cabinet)
  
  1 Earring Display: three sided rotating .
  
  1 Chain Rack: Holds 32 rolls of chain and wire .
  
  1 Book Display: 6 foot high by 30 inches wide magazine and .
  
  2 Beading Tables:  6 foot  with Velux covers
  
  2 beading tables:  8 foot  with Velux covers.
  
  1 Storage Cabinet: 5 foot by 3 foot for backroom or office.
  
  16 Folding Chairs: Classroom or Beading tables
  
  1 White board: Classroom dry erase board 2' x 3'

  1 Bulletin Board: Cork 2' x 3'

  3 Display Pedestals: White & Beige alabaster

• Deliver & Install:

  I will  deliver the store equipment and furnishings and install them in your empty store anywhere in the continental United States. I will rent the truck, load and unload and drive it to you location. Upon arrival I will install the tables, cabinets and slat wall where you want them.

   

• Training:

  You can come to our Indianapolis store and spend two weeks learning as much of this business as you can absorb by working next to Sue and on the floor in that time. We will furnish supplier lists and teach you how to conduct two two hour fundamental beginning beading classes. We may have lodging available for your stay.

   

• Class materials: (Optional)

  We have over fifty different class project instruction sheets that we use to teach our classes that will be available to you.

   

• Inventory:  (Optional)

  To assist you with your initial inventory and propel your new store off to a running start. We will put together a selection of items for you to open your store with.

   

• Website: (Optional)

  We will create a website similar to ours with the ability change classes easily and remotely and with similar content
